• Leading a team to be bullet proof: This session will talk about and explain
the communication and implementation elements necessary to build a
successful sports performance teams
• Developing long term athletic development with an emphasis in power
development. This session will go over the intricacies in programming and
application.
• Watch/observe, theory and discussion put into practice – watch 3 teams
training
• Developing sport relevant work capacity at the high school level

present at our events and build connections in our community. Attendees will break
up into small groups that will include a conference speaker and each group will
discuss four questions during this hour. The questions will be moderated by the
NHSSCA Regional Board Member, Carl Galloway.

beginner to advanced plyometric progressions.

The Q&A session will provide an opportunity to ask any speaker a follow up from an
earlier presentation or to ask a question that developed during the day in the
breakout sessions. The Q&A session will be moderated by the NHSSCA Regional Board
Member, Carl Galloway.
