When space is tight and the group is large, the stationary warm-up is often a necessary
approach to priming athletes for the training session. This hands-on presentation will look at
movements that are used to mobilize and activate athletes while focusing on the importance of
a mind-body connection.

Coach Schofield will walk each attendee through designing Block 0, Basic and Advanced Programs to focus on developing movement patterns, producing exercise proficiency and building size, strength or speed. Excel files will be shared with group for a true workshop experience.

Moderator: Carl Galloway, MA, CSCS USAW
These break-out sessions will serve as a means to engage the amazing coaches present at our
events and build connections in our community. Attendees will break up into small groups that
will include a conference speaker and each group will discuss four scenarios for practical
application during this hour. The questions will be moderated by the NHSSCA Regional Board
Member, Carl Galloway.
