Cienega uses a unified model incorporating the Conjugate Method to adapt to its
unique scheduling and modified year round calendar. We will discuss our modified
versions of the Max Effort Method and Dynamic Effort Method as well as how we
incorporate the Repetition Method for the high school.

The presentation will detail Mullen’s Sports Performance Program to give ideas to
coaches while also providing validity for their current programs. The presentation
will cover philosophy, progressions and differentiation for athletes within a unified
program.

This presentation goes into depth behind the meaning of “shangles” which means shin
angles. Being able to master and control the movements in any change of direction
requires proper shin angles. An athlete putting their foot in the ground with as
much force as one can produce and in the correct direction is dictated by their shin
angles and will allow them to have a better chance being successful in the
movement.
