By incorporating these methods\, Coach Martin aims to optimize the development and performance of the team\, addressing individual needs and helping athletes reach their full potential. This approach ensures that every member is on track\, constantly refining their skills and contributing to the overall success of the season. 10:00-10:15 am – BREAKOUT MINI-SESSION OVERVIEW: Participants will be divided into smaller Zoom Breakout Room groups to discuss and collaborate on the material presented\, focusing on how it can be applied within their specific environments and high school settings. 10:20-11:10 am – VIRTUAL LECTUREPrioritizing Speed for Performance by Kyle Jacksic OVERVIEW: Coach Jacksic will explore various training methods aimed at increasing your athletes’ speed during the season. He will utilize the latest research-based practices to ensure that speed development occurs across all levels\, from top to bottom. By integrating cutting-edge techniques\, Coach Jacksic will focus on 3 maximizing the potential of each athlete\, ensuring they gain speed effectively and efficiently. His approach is grounded in evidence-based practices\, designed to enhance performance and help your athletes reach their peak speed throughout the season. 11:15-11:30 am – BREAKOUT MINI-SESSION OVERVIEW: Participants will be divided into smaller Zoom Breakout Room groups to discuss and collaborate on the material presented\, focusing on how it can be applied within their specific environments and high school settings. 11:35-12:25 pm – VIRTUAL LECTUREImplementing a Development Program by John Estok OVERVIEW: Coach Estok will thoroughly explore a developmental program tailored for novice athletes. He will guide you through the process of programming\, implementing\, and executing a training plan designed to build and enhance an athlete’s training age. By focusing on foundational skills and proper progression\, Coach Estok ensures that novice athletes develop a strong training base.
