Registering for the Cruise Conference is a straightforward three-step process:
- Conference Registration: Secure your spot by registering for the conference through our website for a fee of $100.
- Email Confirmation: Once registered, you will receive an email containing the NHSSCA Cruise Booking Form. This form is mandatory for all guests intending to book the cruise.
- Cruise Booking: After completing the booking form, schedule and pay for the cruise directly through our trusted cruise liaison, Christina Mehan (see event organizer info below). Note: NHSSCA will not handle the cruise bookings.

**Important Notice on Additional Costs for the NHSSCA Cruise Conference**
Before you proceed with your $100 reservation, please be aware of the additional expenses associated with booking the cruise:
Room Category (Prices are PER PERSON and include taxes, fees, and gratuities):
- 4V – Interior: $480.41
- 2N – Ocean View: $566.41
- 4B – Ocean View Balcony: $749.41
Optional Non-refundable Travel Protection Available (for cruise only):
- For categories 4B and 2N: $69.00 per person.
- For category 4V: $49.00 per person.
Please note: Airfare, hotel, and transfers are not included and must be booked independently. Make sure you are fully informed of these costs to ensure a smooth cruise experience.
