Physical readiness that enhances mindset is the recipe for improving your athletic performance. This means analyzing what athletes do\, including bilateral squats. Coach Arnett develops exceptional athletes by coaching a depth of skills and abilities. When every aspect of your physical system is improved\, you move from average to exceptional. 12:00-12:45 pm – LUNCH PROVIDED 12:45-2:00 pm – DUAL: LECTURE+HANDS-ONMaximizing Your Value: A Unique Spin on Creating Next-Level College Freshmen by Matt Tometz OVERVIEW: Matt will present on the ever-evolving collegiate athlete and the desired qualities collegiate strength coaches look to see in incoming freshmen. Matt will provide a unique perspective on developing high school athletes to be better for their respective sports. With a background in Sports Science\, Matt provides an alternative look at athletic performance development. He has worked with athletes at the middle school level up to the professional and Olympic athletes. 2:15-3:30 pm – DUAL: LECTURE+HANDS-ONCulture\, Consistency and Its Components by Jeff Lindeman OVERVIEW: Jeff is the head of Strength & Conditioning at Loyola Academy\, winner of back-to-back (2022 and 2023) Class 8A IHSA Football State Titles. Jeff has trained in all sports at Loyola\, which has won many State Championships in their respective sports over the years. Jeff will present how to build a Culture that develops winning athletes and teams\, highlighting the importance of consistency.
