Learn how to design structured\, progressive programs that match the individual development of your athletes\, optimize performance\, and minimize injury risks. This session will equip you with practical insights to ensure your athletes build a solid foundation and progress seamlessly towards greater strength and performance goals. \n11:15-12:15 am – LECTUREHarnessing Title IX to Promote Gender Equality in Sports by Morgan Powell \nOVERVIEW: Morgan will explore how Title IX has transformed the landscape of gender equity in sports. Drawing from her extensive experience in sports advocacy and leadership\, Powell will discuss Title IX’s critical role in advancing opportunities for women and girls in athletics.
