OVERVIEW: Optimizing Conditioning will include information on periodizing conditioning to match the adaptations wanted within the program. Coach Burns evolved this type of system over the last 15-20 years in S&C and most recently used it when coaching Puerto Rico Lacrosse Women’s U19 and Senior National teams.
