The NHSSCA Hall of Fame Award honors coaches who have made a substantial impact in the field of high school strength and conditioning over the course of their professional career. The NHSSCA Board of Directors and Hall of Fame Members carefully deliberate to select each member of the Hall of Fame, as it is the most prestigious award a coach can receive in our profession.
This award is give annually to a High School Strength and Conditioning Coach in recognition for his or her coaching achievements and passion for the profession. The National Coach of the Year is selected from among the top coaches across the country and receives the unique, personalized Coach of the Year Belt.

This award is give annually to a High School Strength and Conditioning Coach in recognition for his or her coaching achievements and passion for the profession. The Regional Coach of the Year is selected from among the top coaches across the eight regions and receives a unique, personalized Coach of the Year Plaque.
This award is give annually to a High School Strength and Conditioning Coach in recognition for his or her coaching achievements and passion for the profession. The State Coach of the Year is selected from among the top coaches across each state and receives an award certificate.
This annual scholarship was created to honor the life and strength of Griffin Scott Pherson. It will be granted at the NHSSCA National Conference and awarded to a high school strength coach who best exemplifies what it means to be trustworthy, knowledgeable, effective, passionate and transformational.
This award is given annually to a High School Athlete who has demonstrated outstanding achievement on and off the field in regards to strength and conditioning, athletic performance, academics and leadership.
