What I See From Incoming Freshman and What We Can Do About It by Matt Gildersleeve
OVERVIEW: Matt Gildersleeve joined the Kansas football staff in May 2021 as the head football strength and conditioning coach. In his role, Gildersleeve oversees Kansas football’s strength and conditioning staff. He has worked in college athletics for the past decade and has seen great success with each role he has earned.

Setting Up Stations In Your Programming That Are Quick & Effective by Anna Woods.
OVERVIEW: Anna has been in the fitness industry for over 17 years and is currently the CEO of sheSTRENGTH, an online and in-person fitness/training program. She trains women and youth of all abilities in her barn gym in Buhler, Kansas. She is the strength and conditioning coach for the Hutchinson Community College softball team and Buhler High School lady athletes. She is also the author of the book and CEU course, “Adaptive Fitness Exercise Programming,” which trains coaches, teachers, and trainers on how to work with athletes with special needs.

OVERVIEW: Coach McGriff will share tactics for building a strength and conditioning program in this presentation. Coach McGriff will share his experience coaching at an independent college preparatory school. Creating traditions, overcoming obstacles, developing a philosophy, and creating a program to fit your school’s needs will all be covered.
