This presentation explains how to strategically organize training phases across an entire year to balance strength, speed, power, conditioning, and recovery. 8:00-8:30 am #FAMILY BREAKFAST
Start the Day Together

Breakfast isn’t just about fueling up for the day—it’s about continuing the conversations that started the night before. This informal gathering gives coaches another opportunity to connect, reflect, and build relationships before the clinic resumes.

Grab a plate, sit with someone new, and keep the dialogue going. The strongest ideas, collaborations, and mentorships often happen in moments like these—unplanned, unscripted, and shared over a meal. The NHSSCA #FAMILY doesn’t stop when the sessions end, and breakfast is proof of that.

Start the day connected. #NHSSCA #FAMILY
