Coach PJ Musico has been with the Academy for over four years and seen a lot develop within the Orange Lutheran Sports Performance Department. A balance between ice time, general preparation, and sports specific training- Coach Musico offers a perspective that can give the audience a glimpse of how future academy-style high schools can integrate strength & conditioning.

Transitioning from College to High School: A Practical Approach to Keeping It Simple by Chase Sanders
OVERVIEW: Coach Sanders is entering his second year at Orange Lutheran High School after coming from Cal Poly Pomona, where he spent over six years as the Head Strength and conditioning Coach. His perspective allows other collegiate coaches to see what a high-volume, fast-paced high school environment looks like on a daily basis and how he continues to expand & evolve his programming since the transition. Whether it is almost 60+ athletes to yourself or having 5-6 athletes sharing one rack within a session- Chase will teach the audience how to keep training & cueing simple while maintaining the end goal in mind.
