OVERVIEW: This will be valuable information from an RD with experience working with high school athletes. She specialized in working with clients with eating disorders, which is far more common in high school than some coaches think. She will have plenty of tips and tactics to implement nutrition strategies no matter your situation at your location.

Moving the Needle: The Framework for a High-Performance Model by Spencer Bowersmith.
OVERVIEW: Building a performance program from the ground up can be daunting and difficult, especially with the many obstacles in the human performance profession. This presentation will introduce the high-performance model for sport and how it can help provide a framework to continuously move the needle in a positive direction.
