How To Use Your Role to Bring Every Program Together by Evan Feezell
Overview: Coach Feezell brings 21 years of experience in education to talk about the different roles and hats a strength coach can wear to benefit kids, sports programs, and coaches. He will talk about this with a unique perspective through different scenarios and experiences as an English teacher, a PE teacher, a strength coach, and an athletic director. He will give insight into how to build a program, how to create buy-in amongst players, parents, admin, and coaches, and how to bring a coaching staff together as one.

Overview: Discover how establishing a powerlifting team not only builds strength and discipline but also contributes positively to various school programs, fostering a culture of teamwork and determination.

Programming For The High School Athlete by Lucas Novotny
Overview: This presentation will give a breakdown of variables coaches can consider each year when programming for their specific school or athletic population. I’ll also cover progressions I recommend to have high school athletes training with elite technique in your program, along with program types and examples.
