Introduction to Rudiment Plyometrics by Carlos Cuellar
OVERVIEW: This presentation will cover the development of power through plyometric training. The drills that will be covered will feature progressions that are used for beginner athletes and progress through senior level athletes. Coach Cuellar will share many of the drills that are being implemented at San Benito HS and explain the cues and organization of each drill. The goal is to breakdown and provide another perspective for plyometric training. Everyone in attendance should be able to take home plyometric drills/ variations that they can use at their respective HS.
