Provides and builds strength and conditioning programs specific to the needs of the specific sport, goals, and ability level for Barberton High School and Barberton Middle School student-athletes. Performs fitness assessments, monitors for correct exercise technique, positioning and proper use of equipment to reduce risk of injury. Responsible for maintaining the strength and conditioning facility and establishing policies, plans and procedures for the safety of all staff and student-athletes.
