District 156 Director of Strength & Conditioning – Current

–       Serving all District Strength & Conditioning (Freshman Campus & Upper Campus Schools).

–       Programming, planning, and coordination of all training sessions

–       Oversaw 3 weight room renovations during the past 10 years

–       Expanded the program to 26 sections / both campuses, serving about 850 athletes each day in the strength & conditioning physical education classes.

–       First to serve in the District Director of Strength Role:  overseeing all of the before & after school training for athletes (26 different sports at MCHS).

–       Growth of Fitness-based Cardio Option days (Tuesday and Thursdays) to increase variety and experiential learning.

–       Growth of Strength and Conditioning Program to over 20 course sections offered as well as increase enrollment in female focus classes like Fitness for Life and Dance.

–       Taught 4 classes in this role (health education, physical education 9-12th grades, strength & conditioning, and PE leadership program.)
