Work Description | • Created a comprehensive strength and conditioning program for a school that never had a true program before
• Currently design and implement sport specific evidence-based strength training programs and cardiovascular training programs for all varsity teams and most junior varsity teams with some programs numbering 75 total athletes
• Helped to elevate the school’s entire athletic program to a consistent championship level and have sent many athletes to an athletic career at the college level and beyond
• Started and currently run an eight-week weight training unit for all freshman (≈450 each year) in their physical education class
• Developed all of the “Remote Learning Workouts” for the entire Athletic Department and Physical Education Department during the COVID-19 pandemic
• Helped to design and construct the new Saint Francis Sports Performance Center
• Have grown the head position from part-time to full-time and then recently started a part-time assistant position that has grown to full-time and has prepared two assistants to take on head positions at other high schools |
