Evaluate athletes to develop effective, research-driven training plans customized to meet individual needs according to their specific sport and training age. Develop performance indicators to monitor and track individuals progress, recovery, individualized program adjustments and performance, as needed. Lead Athletic Performance Classes and design/supervise Sports Performance Combines/Camps. Meet with Athletic Directors and Sport Coaches to conduct needs analysis for each sports program. Developed procedures and provide instruction for safe and effective operation of strength & conditioning equipment and facilities. Oversee and evaluate a dynamic group of PE educators for Upper, Middle and Lower School. Design yearly curriculum and create an annual budget for the Physical Education Department and Club Sports Programs.
