Complimentary Administrator Access
The Resources You Need. Without the Membership Fee.
NHSSCA has eliminated its former $49.99 Athletic Director membership fee to make practical education, hiring resources, and program-development guidance more accessible. School and district athletic administrators can now register at no cost, with eligibility verification required for restricted resources. Professional Membership and HSSCC certification remain separate paid offerings with their own benefits and requirements.

Important Membership Distinction
Free AD Registration Is Not Professional Membership.
Complimentary administrator access is designed to help school leaders make informed decisions. It does not replace the benefits and privileges of paid NHSSCA Professional Membership.
- Free AD registration does not grant Professional Member privileges.
- Posting and managing jobs through the NHSSCA Career Resource remain Professional Member employer capabilities.
- HSSCC enrollment, assessments, and certification requirements remain separate.
- Restricted member education, recognition eligibility, and other paid benefits follow their existing requirements.
Administrators may support or fund Professional Membership and certification for eligible coaching staff without purchasing those benefits for themselves.

NHSSCA uses this information to evaluate eligibility and provide appropriate access to administrator resources. Additional verification may be requested if needed.

Verified administrators may access approved profile details and candidate contact features, subject to NHSSCA's applicable access and privacy rules.
Can I browse jobs or post a coaching position?
Browsing the NHSSCA Jobs Board is available to everyone. Visitors can search active openings and review public job listings without purchasing a membership.
However, posting employment opportunities, managing listings, reviewing applications, and relisting expired jobs are employer capabilities reserved for authorized Professional Members.
Complimentary AD registration does not automatically include those Professional Member privileges.

The six Athletic Directors Conference video shorts are available publicly as previews.
Under the complimentary administrator registration model, verified athletic administrators can access the complete conference recordings without purchasing a separate Athletic Director membership.
Does free AD registration include Professional Membership?
No. Complimentary Athletic Director registration is a separate access pathway. It does not include NHSSCA's $100 annual Professional Membership.
Professional Membership retains its exclusive benefits, including authorized employer functions within the Career Resource, eligibility-based recognition opportunities, and other designated member privileges.
The High School Strength Coach Certification (HSSCC) is also a separate program with its own enrollment and completion requirements.
