Talk With Coaches Who Get It.
Spend time with people who understand the challenges of working with developing athletes, managing programs, and making the most of limited time and resources.
2026 NHSSCA Wisconsin Family Day
Good coaches face real challenges. Great conversations help us work through them. Join fellow Wisconsin coaches and athletic leaders for a relaxed morning of honest discussion, shared ideas, and professional connection.
No presentations. No pressure. Just good company.
Organized by Charlie Woida of Pacelli Catholic Schools · Open to strength coaches, sport coaches, PE teachers, and athletic leaders.
Why Spend Your Saturday Morning With Us?
You don't need another presentation telling you how to do your job. Sometimes, the most valuable professional development happens when coaches simply get together, share what they're experiencing, and learn from one another. That's what Wisconsin Family Day is about.
Spend time with people who understand the challenges of working with developing athletes, managing programs, and making the most of limited time and resources.
No formal lectures or slide decks. Bring your questions, share what is working at your school, and hear how other coaches approach similar challenges.
Meet coaches and athletic leaders from across the area. Build connections with people you can exchange ideas with, ask questions of, and learn from long after Family Day ends.
Two hours of roundtable conversation, followed by a lunch social. No packed agenda, no presentation marathon, and no pressure. Just meaningful time with people who care about the same work.
You don't need another presentation. You need a room full of people who understand.
Save My Seat
One invitation can introduce another coach to an entire community.
The NHSSCA 1 More Campaign
You know a coach who should be in this room. Maybe they've never attended an NHSSCA event. Maybe they don't even know this community exists. Wisconsin Family Day is the perfect opportunity to change that.
More perspectives. Better conversations. Stronger coaching community.
Who Should Attend?
You don't need a certain job title, years of experience, or an existing NHSSCA membership to be part of the conversation. If you care about developing young athletes and improving the high school experience, we want you in the room.
Connect with coaches navigating programming, athlete development, facility limitations, and the daily realities of running a high school strength program.
Exchange ideas about preparing athletes, coordinating training demands, building team culture, and supporting performance throughout the year.
Join conversations about movement, physical literacy, student engagement, and helping young people build lifelong habits around activity.
Hear perspectives from the coaches doing the work and explore ways to strengthen communication, collaboration, and athletic development within your school.
Meet experienced professionals, ask questions about the field, and gain a clearer understanding of what working with high school athletes actually looks like.
If you work with developing athletes in private facilities or other performance settings, bring your perspective and learn from coaches working directly in schools.
Wisconsin Family Day is an easy place to start. Show up, meet a few people, join the conversation, and experience the NHSSCA community firsthand.
