OVERVIEW:  Coach Sto will discuss tools and strategies for implementing a speed program with your athletes in this presentation. Join us as we explore multiple tech options and how they can be best utilized. Learn ideas for both in-season and off-season training, ways to test different types of explosive movements, and keys to keeping outputs optimal when your team needs it most. Coach Stokowski has experience implementing these strategies at multiple schools in Georgia and looks forward to sharing his insights!

This interactive presentation will challenge your current practices and discover new ways to create and produce highly performing student-athletes and championship-winning teams. Coach Coleman curated his approach to change as a State Championship Coach, Title I High School Strength and Conditioning Coach, Educator, Former Collegiate Strength Intern, and athlete.
